What is iZiPiK?
iZiPiK enables you to send online pictures to share them to others (emails, instant messengers,…) or even to the Web (boards, blogs or sites…). Once uploaded, the picture’s links will be shown to you for sharing… If you register, you may be able to share your pictures with izipik's other members. A forum is provided to that purpose.

Picture types supported:
iZiPiK supports any pictures types that current web browsers support. But resize from picture or thumbnails creation is only supported for jpeg, bmp (with on-the-fly conversion to jpeg), gif, png, wbmp and xbm.

Maximal picture size:
3 megabytes.

Thumbnail creation:
Thumbnail creation depends from original picture size. If size is too big, thumbnail creation will not be achieved; a substitution thumbnail will be set.

Pictures conservation:
Pictures are kept one year and then indefinitely if they are watches a least once in the last passed year. Recovery of a deleted picture is always possible via the contact form of the website.

Keeping a picture private:
Privacy handling of picture is transparent. To keep a picture private, you should not publish it on the website forum, associate no tag to it and not put it in a public folder of "My iZiPiK". Please acknowledge that you can any time delete tags of a picture via the detail page of your picture.
